Abstract

The Taliban's attainment of the international recognition is a very complex issue. It relies on international political strife, and relies on the Taliban's commitment to international conditions that, in some cases, do not correspond to the movement's ideology. But it is certain that the movement will benefit from previous experiences, which may prompt many countries to recognize the movement, even if it is a tacit recognition by establishing relations between these countries and the movement.  Through the international reactions to the movement’s control of the country, it can be said that the international community has become more flexible in dealing with the movement, and this was evident through the international reactions that did not reject the movement categorically, with the exception of some countries. This confirms that the Taliban will not be isolated internationally in the future and will have relations with many countries, even if these the relations are in secret.
