Abstract

The research deals with the issue of criminal responsibility for international crime in the current international community, and the research also explains what that international criminal responsibility is and its basic rules in accordance with relevant international legislation and conventions in this regard, and the research also focuses on explaining the most important legal rules related to clarifying international criminal responsibility, whether individual or corporate (Significant), as the research notes to clarify the extent of the development and comprehensiveness of the UAE legislation for confronting international crimes of all kinds, as it was found that the UAE legislator did not lose sight of keeping up with all developments in the current era of knowledge globalization.
